January had a plan. You had momentum. And then life happened.


I'm offering you a four-week RESET to help you make sense of where you actually are, where you wanted to be and what's still possible for 2026.


My signature workbook has helped women start the process for years. But what I kept hearing was, "I enjoyed our session, but then I never finished mapping it out on my own." So I've built the thing that was missing: the container, the facilitation, the accountability, and the proof that something actually shifted. That's what what I'm offering this summer.

What is the Mid-Year RESET?

The Mid-Year RESET is a 30-day small group experience built around The Authentic Edit framework — a four-step methodology for getting clear on where you are, who you want to be, and how you're gonna get there.


We'll meet on Tuesday evenings starting on June 30, once a week, for four sessions. You'll complete some baseline exercises on day one and re-score it on day thirty. No vague outcomes. No "results may vary." You'll leave with a documented before-and-after and a written map you built yourself because myself and the group will hold you to it.


The Four-Week Sprint

01. Reflect

We're going to start where we are. What's going well and what's not in 2026.

We'll look back at where things may have went off track, make peace with it and move forward

02. Remember

We'll look at if you're living the aligned life you envisioned at the start of the year. Or, have situations changed you and your goals need to reflect your new identity.

03. Re-Evaluate

This is where we're going to get into the metrics and craft tangible milestones of progress in the areas you're prioritizing for the rest of the year.

04. RESET

This is where we'll put it all together--a completed map and an action plan with desired routines for the next six months (that you'll start trying during the program).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I join if I've already been to a workshop?

Yes! The framework remains at it's core, but the goal is to address what clients have desired around greater accountability to complete and implement it.


Can I join if I've never been to one of your workshops?

Yes! Even if you started the year out with a different kind of goals system, I'm going to not only walk you through the framework, but explain in a way that should incorporate activities you've already done (vision boards, SMART goals, etc.).


What if I need to miss a week?

To fully implement the program and honor the group experience, I'd advise that you attend all four live sessions (virtual) and engage in the conversations on the group platform. Two missed (or extremely tardy) sessions will result in removal from the cohort, nonrefundable.
