I bring over a decade of experience in higher education and workforce development, where my work has centered on helping individuals gain clarity, take action, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals. I’ve coached and mentored students, early-career professionals, and organizational leaders—supporting them through transitions, decision-making, and growth.
Since 2021, I’ve developed and led The Authentic Edit—a structured life design framework that has helped women get organized, clarify their vision, and create actionable plans that align with their real lives. This work is grounded in both lived experience and formal training.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and have completed graduate-level coursework in counseling, human development, behavior change, and career theory. My training includes areas like motivational interviewing, personality theory, and life span development—tools I use to help clients better understand themselves, shift patterns, and move forward with intention.
In my professional role, I also facilitate strategic planning and change management processes for teams and leaders, helping translate big ideas into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. I bring that same structured, results-oriented approach into my coaching.
What that means for you is you’re not just getting motivation—you’re getting a proven framework, informed by psychology and real-world application, designed to help you move from feeling stuck to taking clear, aligned action.

Authenticating Beauty began as a lifestyle blog where I documented my journey through young adulthood, learning how to build a life that felt authentic and fulfilling on my own terms.
As I shared more, I started hearing the same thing from other women: “I wish I could do that.” And my response was always simple, you can.
That realization shifted everything. I recognized that what came naturally to me, like reflecting, planning, and making intentional decisions, was something many women were craving support with.
So I began translating the tools I had developed through coaching and mentoring into something others could actually use. What started as sharing my life evolved into helping women get clear on what they want, make aligned decisions, and take action toward a life that feels good to live, not just one that looks good on paper.
Authenticating Beauty exists for one reason—to help women move from wishing to actively designing their lives.

One of the most meaningful things someone shared about their engagement with me is that “you are able to speak in any room to anyone and make them feel seen, heard, and valued.”
That is exactly how my coaching shows up.
Authenticity is the foundation. You don’t have to perform or have it all figured out to work with me. I create space for you to be honest about where you are, and I reflect things back in a way that helps you understand yourself more clearly. That’s often where real clarity begins.
Innovation shows up in how I help you think. I’m not giving you a one-size-fits-all plan. I help you challenge default thinking, explore new perspectives, and design a life that actually fits your values, your capacity, and your current season. This is where The Authentic Edit framework brings structure to your thoughts without boxing you in.
And being a connector means I’m always helping you connect the dots. Between your ideas, your patterns, your past experiences, and your next steps. I’m listening for what’s said and unsaid, and helping you turn that into clear, aligned action.
What clients experience is a balance of feeling deeply supported and intentionally challenged. You’ll leave our sessions not just feeling seen, but with a clearer understanding of yourself and a plan you can actually move on.

I am wanderluster through and through. I enjoy traveling near or far as long as I get to eat good and discover something new about the place that I'm in. It's been so great for opening up my perspective on life and that circles right back into my coaching. Also, I'm a foodie and music lover. You can easily find me on a given weekend at the new aesthetic brunch spot or an indie hip hop festival.
Last but not least, I love hanging out with my family and close friends. My village makes me stronger and fills my cup as I do this work.
